I bought what was suppose to be Clematis cirrhosa 'Jingle Bells' two years ago. It's about 6ft tall after 2 years, and this is a photo I took of it this morning, it just started flowering yesterday, clearly it's not Jingle Bells (that's a winter flowering clematis with smaller four petalled flowers) but what is it? It's unscented. Google lens is suggesting a variety of closely related clematis varieties including Tranquilité, Ice Blue, Bellissima, and Chelsea (plus some others that have different numbers of petals).
It's very pretty but I planted it in a spot next to the patio just outside the house for some winter interest so I think I'll have to move it later this year.
