What is this shrub/tree?

Spotted this lovely tree today and wonder what it is?

No idea but following as we also have one!

I have one, although much smaller than the one in the photo. It looks lovely this time of year. It isn’t particularly fast growing.

How about other times of year?

Deciduous I think, so bare-branched in winter and leafy throughout spring/summer. The pom-poms start out yellow and turn a beautiful creamy white, it’s really pretty

The flowers are beautiful.

Do the leaves go a nice colour in autumn?

A plant identification app is one of my most used ones, it takes about 2 seconds to identify any plant you walk past, brilliant 😀

I don’t get very good results from the one I use.
