Shaking a growbag - how??

I'm ready to plant out my tomatoes, courgettes and aubergines, and have bought 3 growbags. Looking at the instructions, it says to 'shake the bag to distribute the contents'. I can barely lift the bag! I have arthritis in my back and hips. Any suggestions? Thanks

Put it in the wheelbarrow and give it a good wobble?

Just open it up and give the soil a good prod and stir with a hand fork to break it up.

Put it on its side and stomp on it a few times. Repeat.

Roll on its side and press down, roll back on the other side and press down.

Better still, tip the contents into tall pots. Much better depth for roots and easier to water.

Thanks lovely gardeners.

If I use a grow bag I cut it in half across the narrow middle, so you have two 'pots'. Make holes in the bottom, and there is more room for roots, and they don't dry out as quickly as when they they are used flat. Plants are healthier.
