I planted this last year and it’s just come back up but for the life of me I can’t remember what it is 😳

Could it be horseradish?

Yes, it looks very much like the eryngiums in my garden.

I agree, eryngium. By the way, the plant in the left bottom (narrower leaves) is a weed, rosebay willowherb).

They never flowered though so hoping I’ll have flowers this year.
