Potato Barrels

Does anyone have one, how do they work and do they get full of worms (i have a phobia!).

Am intrigued as want to grow my own but no room...

I grow mine in potato bags - a cheaper option to the barrels,seem to work OK. I can't recall seeing worms in there, but mine are stood on concrete
