It looks like a mophead or lacecap to me - afaik their leaves aren’t significantly different.

It looks pretty healthy so it should.Smile

They are both from the same species of plant - Hydrangea microphylla - so although the flowers look different, the leaves look the same.

Hope it flowers blue rather than pink! I note from the internet that the soil will determine that!
