How do I care for / save this plant?

Hi. Is it planted directly in that pot ? If it is it needs to be in a plant pot with drainage holes so it’s not sat in water. When you water it let the water drain away down the sink and only water when soil is dry. Place it in dappled light not directly in front of a window. Give it feed once a week. I’m no expert but that’s what I do with my plants.

Thanks there’s a pot inside the pot, I don’t water it much and it never sits in water maybe food is the answer I’ll get som

It looks like Anthurium to me and, to be honest, it looks as though it has been subjected to low temperatures, cold draughts or even wind chill - where have you been keeping it OP?

I would cut all the dead and dying leaves away, right at the bottom of the stalk, then perhaps repot with fresher soil
