Recommendations for a good garden solar light?

We've worked out from
experience that you need to spend a bit of money to get decent solar lights. Any recommendations for pretty ones for the garden? We already have really good string ones and now in search for spike in the ground types. Thanks!

Why do you want them?

Lights that are on at night are very bad for wildlife. It's much better to have garden lights that you can switch off when you aren't outside.

Most solar lights switch off automatically in the evening, before midnight, when they run out of charge. What’s the problem with that, when street lights etc are on all around?

For context, I actually have wired lights in my garden, but I would switch to a solar alternative if there was a good one. Place marking 🙂

It's well known that light at night is bad for wildlife. Even if you are in an area with street lighting your garden still provides a dark place. The advice is not to light up your garden if you aren't in it if you want to help night creatures.
