It looks like some type of arum to me. Its only a weed if you don't like it!

It looks like Lords and Ladies (I'm sure it has a proper name). Red berries and I think it's poisonous? We have loads in the garden the year before last, then I think weather conditions made it not so bad last year, then I can see loads coming up this year already. It's hard to get rid of, I kind of pull it up if it's in the way. Lords-and-Ladies | RHS Advice

It looks like cuckoo pint (Lords and Ladies). It is just popping up in my garden - it comes back every year but doesn't particularly spread. It's good for nature but the berries later in the year are poisonous.

I try and pull it up as I have grandkids and the red berries look very tempting but are poisonous as are the leaves. The RHS says it’s good for wildlife and very shady areas so I think it depends on your garden
