Potted Hebe - is it worth saving?

I’m a beginner gardener. My Hebe has just gone through its first winter in my garden with snow and frost and it looks like this. I’ve checked the stems with green leaves and they are green on the stems. Will it bounce back in the spring? It’s in a pot because I have a courtyard garden and have nowhere to put plants in the ground. Thanks.

Yes, give it a chance. Once the risk of frost has passed (April) it might be worth a trim. It may be struggling a bit from lack of drainage, so don't let it sit in water.
