My iris reticulata and narcissus bulbocodium are in flower. What bulbs are flowering in your garden?

My crocuses that I planted in October are coming up. I’m a garden novice so I’m very excited by this! Am on daffodil watch too.

That's very pretty.

Nothing flowering here except a lone viola. Daffs are starting though. North east.

Crocu, snowdrops and perennial wallflowers are in bloom.

TheSerpentQuine · 28/01/2026 17:06

Just snowdrops here so far. The daffodil tips are showing through the ground but they've a while to go yet. I can see the tips of the grape hyacinths showing through the leaves that I haven't raked off the border yet, I might have to put that job further up my list ...

I have snowdrops and crocuses flowering, also cyclamen and winter aconite. Bluebells, daffodils and I think hyacinths are just starting to shoot up I actually think my garden is much better in February then it is in summer.

Snowdrops are going over now and the main lawn of crocuses are over/battered by rain. Some giant ones still coming up though. The second iris reticulata has appeared. Daffodils have a few buds, tulips are peeking up. Hyacinths have just come out. And not a bulb, but the primroses are starting. Love them.

Still lots of lovely bulbs brightening the garden. And my Daphne smells heavenly - it’s actually working as an incentive to sit outside with a cup of tea, and just take deep breaths.
