another year my false xmas catus doesn't flower right

3 yrs old but doesn't flower apart from one werid one. Same as last year . What im i doing wrong?

I’m not an expert but where do you keep it?

Mine blooms twice a year, I water it when the soil feels dry and it lives on my kitchen windowsill so gets a fair amount of light and the humidity from cooking helps.

It might be worth repotting it in the new year to a larger pot, also do you ever have any coffee grounds? I sprinkle coffee grounds over the soil on quite a few of my plants and they all seem to respond really well to it.

It does look lovely and healthy! I hope someone else’s can offer better advice, I’m a novice so still learning how to care for my plants, my Christmas cactus was the first one I got so maybe I’ve just been lucky with it, they are very beautiful.

They are slightly odd plants because they are from a jungle so they look like succulents but actually like to be quite well watered and fed. I would repot it in spring into new compost in a very slightly bigger pot and then give it a really good water and feed once a fortnight over the summer next year. The leaves should be quite stiff. I think it looks like it could do with a water now?
