Been meaning to get some spring bulbs in for a while now but life has got in the way! Is it too late now? I’ve bought a bumper pack of mixed spring bulbs. It’s fairly mild where I am, thanks!

I only planted mine at the weekend so I hope some of them grow

No - you can plant them until the end of December.

They’ll be fine but just come up a little later than usual, depending what they are. Top tip: put them in a bucket with a little water then sprinkle with chilli powder and mix. Stops the squirrels, rats etc. digging them up!

Should be fine- last Christmas I found several bags of overlooked bulbs in the shed - bunged them in pots and they were flowering happily in March.

You should be fine. Tulips in particular are ok. They dislike being planted too early because of the wet.
