OK, Roses have flowered, but why are they so small?

I love my roses and they have all flowered, but the flowers seem to be a bit stunted and small compared to last year. What am I doing wrong?

Lack of sun? Lack of feed- manure or rose growing feed? No pruning?

Thanks, no lack of sun or pruning, but I had begun to wonder about lack of feeding - so have given all the girls a big dose of feed and water this afternoon!!
