Fence

I want to paint our fence but on the end one there are a couple of small areas that have some old green alge.

I have tried all sorts to get it off but nothing has worked fully on these bits.

Any ideas or would it be ok to paint over the small bits affected.

Something like Spray and Leave is supposed to be good on algae on fences. I bought a cheaper version of this from B&M

It turned the green to white so I guess it worked OK. I have 2 cats and they survived 😆

Yes i have a few whitish patches where I applied some things last year.
I think I will give it a try thanks. Glad your cats survived !
