Peace lily gone pale

The leaves have lost their green lush ness and it's been flowering like mad. Do you think I just need to repot it? am sure I've only recently done that though. Indoors one, any ideas? Thanks

my peace lilly is very temperamental

OOH thanks. Maybe overwatered if anything. Have been naggin dh to help more and I tell him to leave all plants to me but have seen him pour away things like soda water (eek!)on my plants.

Will neglect a bit, add soil and repot if need be later. ta
