Can anyone tell me what hedging this is?

I planted a corner with native saplings several years ago. It’s been a huge success, looks wonderful and attracts lots of wildlife. I’d like to continue it along the boundary but I can’t remember what species or mix it is.

Can anyone tell me what hedging this is?

Google image search says it's Common Dogwood.
I'm not familiar with it myself.

Does it have a red stem op?

Native cornus/common dogwood- yes. Beautiful red stems and autumn colour. Thank you!

Once the leaves have fallen, cut some 20-30cm lengths of pencil thickness stems & push them halfway into the soil where you want to expand the hedge.
I'll guess at least 80% will show new growth in the spring & save you buying.

Definitely trying this, thank you!

You might also like to try some viburnum opulus (guelder rose) in there too. Also native and very good for wildlife.
