Is my chicory ready?

I was given the seeds and have never grown it before. The leaves were really loose but now it’s bunched up like a cabbage on the middle. Is it ready now?

I have tried to post a picture but it’s under review.

I don't know but it looks amazing! I'd say so but don't know. How do you eat this?

i've just planted some winter spinach, purslane and winter salad for the first time so fingers crossed.

depending on how bitter it is, I’m going to have it in a salad or char it with butter. I’ve only ever had white of red chicory, so no idea what this kind will be like! Good luck with your new ones too. I’m not sure I’ve ever had purslane - what’s it like?
