Bloody hell my roses are taking a pounding

Not been out in garden much over last few weeks and of course it’s been hot and dry. Just had a proper look. Gertrude Jekyll has been hammered with black spot, Margaret merrill’s not got a single leaf left and wedding day has dreadful mildew. It’s too big to spray. I’ve taken worse off Gertrude and sprayed but what shall I do about Margaret? Leave it?
I think it’s the drought. I don’t normally water them but I think they need more just now.

Mine have blackspot and are also looking very sad. It's my fault for overplanting, along with all the other mistakes I've made 😬 I tried spraying what's left of the leaves with a teaspoonful of bicarb dissolved in water, with a dash of liquid seaweed in an effort to sugar the pill, but I am horrified...

Mine are blooming well, but the black spot is horrendous this year.
