Solar fountain

I've just started a little barrel pond in a nice sunny area of the garden, and got a cheap floating solar fountain.
If it's totally full sun then it manages a little dribble, which is a bit disappointing.

Does anyone have any recommendations for one that might be a little better?

Are you using the little spouts that come with it? Mine is only a dribble but that’s because I dont put the fountain spouts on, as if I do the breeze blows the water out, and the level soon goes down. Don’t forget to clean the filter occasionally, as that makes a difference

It's brand new So should be clean and I have used the spouts. It was very cheap so I think it just isn't very good.
