It was beautiful while it lasted but wonder if I can overplant with annuals like cosmos, I’ve a few spares.
Could this work? Anything else I can do to make this spot look better?

I have camassia in a large tub. I also planted gladioli a few years ago.

The gladioli start growing as the camassia foliage fades.

Tomorrow I will pull out all the camassia foliage and the glads will fliwer in a few weeks

Ok, sounds you’ve thought through planting that tub.
I guess I could also try planting sprouted dahlia bulbs near the crown of the Camassia just to provide some interest…

I hadn’t realised until looking it up that it was a bulb plant. Dug it up and there’s at least 15 bulbs!
Not sure whether to plant them back now or store and plant back in autumn.
