Annuals to sow now

Are there any annuals that I can sow now that will flower this year. Soil is quite poor.

I would like to know too! I'd like to try Nigella (Love in a Mist), Californian Poppies, and Nasturtiums but not sure if they'll flower this year.

I suppose seeds are cheap enough so it might be worth just having a go.

you can try any of the above. whether they flower depends on the weather really. it is a bit late!

I'd like something quite wild and untidy looking for that particular spot. I'll sow this week and keep my fingers crossed.
