I couldn't see another thread but will delete if there is one. I loved the woman on the flood plain saying "Everybody says you can't plant roses where it floods - well you darn well can actually, as you can see!" 😁
I saw some beautiful peach coloured roses on Friday's episode. I wish there was a way of seeing what they are as l'm after one. I think the one Frances was deadheading was a Lark Ascending but not sure what the one in Alison's garden was. (The lady Frances visited at the beginning at Damson Farm in the Cotswolds.)

I thought she was wonderful. The sort of Excellent Woman Barbara Pym wrote about.

Her garden was gorgeous. I hated the one with all the junk in it earlier in the show though.

Watched on catch up today. What lovely women. I didn’t like the junk room garden though.

I liked the junk garden

I agree, I wish they'd put the plant names on the screen. I'm sure they used to far more often.

I sometimes take a photo of the screen, and then Google image search that photo. It at least gives some similar plants.

Well it’s good that different things appeal to different people. For eg my plants run a bit wild and grow over the paths. My lovely neighbours garden is absolutely pristine with few plants.
Wr are all different and do/have/enjoy whatever you like.
