Another plant ID

I think this may be jasmine (J officinales), planted a couple of years ago but I cannot recall seeing it flower.
Am I mistaken?

@Maggiethecat Mine only has a few flowers so far but loads of tiny buds, and it is in a sunny spot. Yours looks fairly shady where it is, so you might not get all that many flowers anyway.

Mine flowers sporadically. It's done well this year for flowering as I cut it right back.

@BadWoIf It's a jasmine. The leaves are coming from long trailing stems. Nandina domestica has a single trunk with all the leaves emerging directly from it.

Thinking I should have put in clematis instead but really like the smell of jasmine.
If it’s unlikely to flower well it would be better to have pretty flowers for a longish period. That’s if clematis will do well in that spot…
