Help! Sickly verbernum

I transplanted this verbernum and it was doing really well for rhe first 6 weeks but despite a lot of watering it’s now looking very unwell! Any gardeners out there know what I should do to save it?

Reduce all the branches in length by about a third to a half, and keep watering it. A large watering canful a day at the moment, and also wet the leaves and the surrounding soil to increase humidity. Then keep your fingers crossed.
For future reference, the best time to move shrubs is early autumn.
Don't listen to anyone who says feed it.

Agree that there is no point feeding a stressed plant. Basically it hasn't got enough roots to support the water lost from the leaves. If it is in full sun you could try putting up something to shade it. A good thick mulch around the root area, but not touching the stems, will keep the roots cool and trap in some moisture.
