What is growing in my lawn?

There's a small patch of it and it's very pretty. Will I regret welcoming it?

Daisy included for scale (though I do like daisies, and they're edible).

I can’t remember its name but bees adore it. However, it spreads like wildfire. I left a tiny clump like yours that self seeded in a border and it’s now throughout the border and in the lawn.

It looks like self heal plant - its a herb but spreads madly.

Prunella vulgaris

It's lovely, we have loads in our lawn, plus buttercups and daisies. Much more interesting than my neighbour's perfect lawn. It's never been any bother. It does end up in the cracks between the patio slabs sometimes but it looks pretty there too.

It sounds worth keeping. Thanks!
