Photo attached, I moved into my new house recently (owned) and the people before us had painted the fences and have been really sloppy with the paint work and honestly it really bothers me. Any suggestions how to cover or get rid? Tried pressure washing and did nothing. I suggested putting up foliage on the wall and OH not keen on it at all. Only other option is large plant but it's in an awkward area. Any ideas? Thanks!
