The branches are bending. Seems to have some main big branches with the flowers and new smaller underneath. Do I support it and if so how? I love this plant.

It has finished flowering. Should I deadhead?

Definitely dead head it, that may help with the dropping branches. A peony support might work well to support it. I shape mine every autumn to keep it in shape as the branches can get quite leggy.
