Quote for Garden Work

Hi all

I'm in the process of getting a few quotes for some garden work on behalf of my mum as her garden has got away from her a bit and I'd like to pay someone for a clear up.

I wondered if those who had paid for this sort of stuff before might be able to give me a steer on what you think it should cost as I've asked for 2 quotes and getting a bit anxious waiting for the emails to come in! We're in south east London (nr Bromley area)

The work would be:
-Jet washing block paving front drive and back patio, incl adding back in sharp sand and patio sealant (each area approx 20m squared)
-Weeding 2 front and 2 back flower beds
-reseeding part of lawn (patch roughly 10m squared)
-weeding lawn and repairing some divets/reseeding small patches (lawn approx 10m x 5 m)
-Sowing some wild flowers at the back of the garden
-Painting section of fence at the back (4 panels)

I completely understand it's really difficult to give an idea from the list above but I've promised my Mum and now I'm tying myself in knots it's going to cost thousands and days of work!

Thanks to anyone replying!

I think you’d be better to ask a handyman type for the patio and fence, gardener for the weeding/lawn etc. probably a days work for both (max) and round here it would be £180 - £240ish each (SW)

Handyman to paint fence. £100.
Handyman to pressure wash and sand. £300 (expensive in my area for this).
Gardener to do the rest £400.

Wildflowers are very high maintainence and will need someone to come back and weed them every couple of weeks.
