Fungal gnats - help please

I've got fungal gnats on an indoor angel leaf begonia. I've got the sticky traps which are catching all the adults but I need to treat the soil. What is better, neem oil or hydrogen peroxide or mosquito bits? Or something else? Thank you!

I hear you. I tried so many things, but the one thing that finally worked was diatomaceous earth. Leave the soil on your plants go fairly dry, then sprinkle on. Might need a second application a week or so after the first, but that sorted it. The bastards are nearly indestructible, and I still occasionally see a few on my windows (2 years after initial outbreak), but because I now water a lot less and leave the top inch of my houseplants’ soil go completely dry before watering, they stay under control.

A few drips of washing-up liquid in the watering can when you water it.

Try bottom watering so the top of the soil stays dryish.
