Skin reaction - gardening

Has anyone experienced something like this after gardening? I never garden but decided to tackle my overgrown weeds in the garden today and have since developed this on my neck… it’s not really itchy or hurting but little sensitive to touch.
I presume it’s a reaction to something but can’t find anything similar on google.

Quite a few plants cause reactions, were you strimming? I'd take an antihistamine, keep out of the sun and keep an eye on it. Some plants cause blisters of their sap gets on you. It doesn't look terrible but definitely keep an eye on it.
