Noticed today. I have sprayed with diluted fairy liquid. Any other suggestions? Am I going to lose my plant?

They are great food for baby blue tits and other wildlife. If you have enough biodiversity in your garden it will all equal itself out. Your plant may not look perfect but the white fly are not going to kill it.

If you really can't stand having them you'd be better pinching out the soft growing tips that are favoured by the bugs rather than spraying what might damage other beneficial life.

There's been an explosion in whitefly this year. They aren't as bad as aphids. Things will even out soon.

I have just ordered 200 ladybird larvae and am excited for them to arrive to tackle our aphids.
