White spots on my pulmonaria?

I’ve just noticed white spots on my pulmonaria — planted in a dryish, shaded border about two months ago. Googling suggests powdery mildew from overly dry soil — would you agree? Are they salvageable? Total novice here…

Yes, they are martyrs to powdery mildew. It will survive - you can cut all leaves off, and it should grow more.
