What is this plant?

Any ideas? It was about 5ft tall up till today when it has tilted over.
May have grown from some seeds I planted last year.

Thanks - very quick, that does look right and I did grow rocket last year. Definitely don't remember it being so tall!

It only takes a year to reach a metre in height, so it's been waiting to spring up.
