Lavender. You can trim it back a bit, but it won’t shoot from the woody stems below the green part.

Which plant? The taller one looks like a tree seedling (sycamore? horse chestnut?) Smaller plants behind are lavender.

The tall plant is a horse chestnut. Do you have squirrels? They normally plant a conker or two that sprout every year.

Get it out asap or you'll have a heck of a job shifting it. They do grow okay in pots though, so you could try that.

Ok I will. It's right by the house too, which isn't ideal. I am definitely not competent enough to keep it alive in a pot!
