Climber to grow with holly bush.

I've a holly bush that despite my attempts to evict it, stubbornly remains healthy and thrives in a corner of the garden.
I've accepted it's going to outlive me, so I'm looking for suggestions for a climber I could plant to grow over/through it.
It's in a shady corner against the wall, getting full sun from mid afternoon until sunset.
Any help would be brilliant.

I would go for ivy as it is good for the birds and grows quickly. Maybe get two different types for a bit of variety.
