In a new home, this is our first spring. There is a huge Chinese wisteria over a pegola in the garden. When we moved in in July there was plenty of leaf coverage but zero signs of flowers (not even dead, dried blooms in the floor). So have no idea if it flowered but thinking is maybe not.
Anyway, we've followed pruning advice and now have hundreds of these buds growing. But I can tell whether these are for blooms or leaves. Any experts have a view? Keeping my fingers crossed.
