Climbing hydrangea fallen off wall

I planted it about 7 years ago and it's about 5-6 feet tall. Unfortunately the central, tallest stem has come away from the wall it was climbing. How can I get it to stick back up? It's evergreen if that makes a difference.

You’ll have to stake it, close to the wall ? Cement in a post, add a trellis it can cling to? It’s probably getting heavy?

You can get galvanised staples that you can hammer in to the mortar then you can tie the hydrangea on until it starts to cling again. I would do quite a few so that it spreads the load and doesn't start pulling the mortar out.

Screw vine eyes into the wall in a zig-zag pattern up the wall and then either thread wire up through each eye to support the stem or use pieces of wire at each eye to tie the stem to the wall.

This sort of thing: https://www.diy.com/departments/zinc-plated-metal-large-vine-eye-l-20mm-pack-of-10/240710_BQ.prd

Zinc-plated Metal Large Vine eye (L)20mm, Pack of 10

These screw eyes from B&Q are ideal for general purpose use.

Thank you - it's a wall of the house though and made of Accrington brick.

Try and screw into the mortar rather than the brick?

Thanks -the mortar lines are really narrow. I think I'm going to try using a metal trellis I've got to hold it against the wall and see if it grip on again to start with. If not we'll need to put something up on the wall.
