Daffodils - what to do with them now

I got a lovely pot of daffodils for my window ledge but they are past their best now and I’m not sure what to do with them next, pic attached.

Plant them outside somewhere, let the foliage die down and they’ll come back every year

Some are not fully hardy so they may not come back if planted out, but worth trying.

Cut the dead flowers off first.
