Has anyone else ever had a sweet pea seedling which looks quite different to the others? The seeds all looked as they should. The one on the right looks more like a vetch. I suppose they're in the same family so maybe has a similar seed and it’s the result of a weed among the mother sweet peas?

I suspect that’s an interloper of some kind

Yes, I had one like that amongst my autumn sown sweet peas. Not sure it's survived.

I shall attempt to nurture my interloper and see if my guess at a vetch is correct.

Absolutely, vetch is a great plant for wildlife
