Any recommendations for very clear and basic 'how to prune' books for beginners? I have a climbing rose (just planted - will need training), a camelia, olive tree, and privet hedge (which I want to have more of an open look rather than clipped hedge-look).
My past pruning efforts have ended up making the plants look more dense rather than open and natural...
