Too late to prune?

Can I still prune em?

Rose will be ok. Not sure about the others.

Pear will be ok if you get a move on. Do a test prune with fig to see if the sap is rising yet as they can bleed profusely. It's a nasty sap which you should avoid getting on your skin.
