What are the best flower perenials for a raised bed in half sun?

I am thinking
Black eyed suzanne
Geraniums
Not sure what else

So there's no top soil in there at all? You'll find the compost will break down and the level will drop. Ideally you'd have some actual soil in there is.
Part shade you could try Brunnera, Pulmonaria, Astilble, Astrantia, Digitalis
