Will hyacinth bulbs still grow?

I bought some hyacinths in pots online. They were poorly packed and had rolled around in the box and some of the bulbs (well sprouted) had come out breaking their roots off.
I am presuming it is no use replanting these because there is already significant growth and now no roots to support it.
Can they be saved?

Better to plant than not plant. At least they have a chance. You could try either of both of keeping them in the dark or giving them gentle bottom heat. Even though roots have come off, they still have the capacity to grow more.
