Dwarf Umbrella tree question

Morning folks.. coukd anybody tell me if my DU tree looks healthy?

It seems to have lost a lot of foliage from the bottom of its trunk, but I'm not sure if this is normal?

It seems to have new growth at the top.

Yes, that is normal for them I think.

I wasn't sure as it wasn't doing too well for a while.. think I'd over watered it 🙈.
