Looking after my grass- new build

I'm in a 2 year old new build and have 2 large dogs. Didn't help that hot summer year before last when house was on the market the developers let the turf completely die

Anyways my grass isn't very level and dogs don't help and I would like to give it some tlc

Thinking scarify, top dress and add extra seed? When is best time to do it?

I have a robot mower I would like to use more but it gets stuck in the ruts

Around early March maybe fill in the dents with some topsoil and sprinkle grass seed all over the entire lawn. You will need to keep the dogs off it for a few weeks though. The best time to scarify is September or thereabouts.

Mesh to make a temporary barrier for the dogs, I love watching them play but also like my grass lol
