Anyone had luck with J Parker Spring bulbs?

I normally buy from Farmer Gracy and they always send big, fat, healthy bulbs that put on a good display. They didn't have what I wanted this year so I bought the ones I wanted from J Parker and some back up (not so nice) ones from Farmer G. The fat Farmer G ones are already sprouting (SE England.) The J Parker ones were really small and are not sprouting. I'm suspicious that they are dud ones. Or am I getting ahead of myself and they might be fine?

You will be fine, I’ve ordered thousands from their wholesale arm and 95% are fine.

I have only just had daffodils and tulips start popping their heads up. It’s still early.
