What does my Peperomiodes (Pancake Plant) need?

It used to be thriving with shiny and glossy green leaves. Now many leaves get dark rims or turn yellow.

It might need re-potting but thought I would ask first.

Thank you

it's normal for them to lose some leaves.

if they lose many usually it's light levels this time of year. it's just not light enough for long enough in a northern winter.
or too much water. when it's cooler they just don't need as much.

Mine was doing this I gave it a one off feed with miracle grow which has mostly greened it up again. I'm not a natural gardener so not sure what was for the best but thought I'd give it a shot 😁

Mine started toppling over because it got too top heavy. I noticed it had produced a baby so got rid of the old one and grew that instead.

My large one is also yellowing a little bit because of the lack of sun this time of year, I've cut back on watering it too and it seems to be recovering a little bit. I would say it does need repotting in a bigger pot though and perhaps separate out some of the babies in to their own pots - it looks like there are lots of babies growing in there!
