There is a beautiful clematis near me which is looking incredible this year and I wondered if anyone can help identifying it for me. I am stuck between Jingling Bells and Wisley Cream. I've not noticed a scent if that's of any help and the flowers have four petals

Hopeful bump

It doesn't have a scent, I checked when I walked past.

Another question, does anyone have Jingle Bells or Wisley Cream? I like both, they are very similar, though one is scented but it says the leaves might go brown in the summer. This is a bit annoying as where I'd like to plant it, it would be very noticeable.

A large evergreen climber to about 4m in height, with rounded-toothed, leathery dark green leaves composed of 1-3 leaflets, which are bronze tinted in winter, and nodding single, pale creamy-white flowers to 8cm across, in late autumn, winter and early spring followed by silky seedheads

Thank you @Amarige Are you saying the photo I posted is Wisley Cream? I have read about both so was just needing some clarification of what the plant was.
