Plant i.d. - blue/purple flowers now

Seen flowering today in a fading border at a stately home on the south coast of England. Maybe 3' tall ( the tan-coloured starburst things at the bottom are agapanthus).

Are the blue & purple ones the same thing?

Photos are a bit blurry, but the last one appears to be a Salvia. I have a few and they are still flowering now.

The blue one could also be. But too blurry to be sure

Thanks! I'll tell DH his photos are not up to snuff.😁It was late on a dull afternoon & he couldn't get too close, so I'll let him off.

Fuzzy photos and my myopia aren't a great combo, but I also think they're probably all salvias.

Purple one is salvia Amistad and I would love to know what the blue one is because it's such a pretty colour.
